About Richard...

An Accordionist and developing Piano player with many years experience, Richard performed on stage for two years with the Royal Shakespeare Company (Stratford-Upon-Avon and on tour), at the London Barbican Centre, the Kennedy Center Washington DC, and the Brooklyn Academy of Music New York; at the Edinburgh Fringe in an acclaimed production of Pam Gems, Piaf (Troika Productions), He was pleased to appear as part of "Piaf -The Concert" playing with The Matthew Jones Orchestra at venues including: Birmingham Town Hall; Queen Elizabeth Hall, Southbank Centre, London. And also joined The Cheltenham Philarmonic Orchestra as part of thier Spring Season "Music inspired by South America" performing items from Astor Piazzolla's Sinfonia Buenos Aires.

Today alongside live performance engagements, using his own recording facilities Richard offers to production houses, composers and original song writers the sound of the Acoustic Accordion on their musical projects, as a keen improviser and arranger he is always ready to hear from creative practitioners who may wish to use the sound of his instrument.
